Description
Description
BioInkSense™ S170 Nano-Silver Conductive Ink
BioInkSense™ S170 is BioInkSense’s flagship silver conductive ink formulated with high-purity silver nanoparticles engineered for exceptional electrical conductivity, ultra-high printing resolution, and superior electrochemical performance. The nanoparticle formulation enables dense conductive networks at reduced curing temperatures while maintaining outstanding adhesion, flexibility, and long-term environmental stability.
The nanoscale silver architecture significantly improves particle packing density, lowers sintering temperature, and produces highly conductive printed structures with exceptional dimensional accuracy. S170 is specifically designed for advanced printed electronics, high-density biosensors, flexible hybrid electronics, semiconductor packaging, wearable medical devices, microelectrode arrays, RF components, and research applications requiring the highest level of performance.
The formulation is fully compatible with laboratory prototyping, automated manufacturing, and industrial roll-to-roll production.
