Description

BioInkSense™ C110 High-Conductivity Carbon Conductive Ink

High-performance screen-printable high-conductivity carbon conductive ink engineered for fabrication of electrochemical biosensors, printed electronics, flexible sensors, and disposable diagnostic devices. BioInkSense™ C110 delivers ultra-low electrical resistance, optimized rheology, superior substrate adhesion, and outstanding electrochemical reproducibility from laboratory prototyping to high-volume manufacturing.

Compared with standard carbon inks, C110 features an optimized graphite-carbon network that provides significantly lower sheet resistance while maintaining excellent printability, mechanical flexibility, and long-term electrical stability. The formulation is designed for applications requiring higher current collection efficiency and improved signal-to-noise performance.

The formulation is optimized for fabrication of working electrodes used in amperometric, voltammetric, potentiometric, and electrochemical impedance sensors.
