Description
Description
BioInkSense™ S150 Stretchable Silver Conductive Ink
BioInkSense™ S150 is a next-generation stretchable silver conductive ink specifically engineered for fabrication of highly deformable electronic devices. The proprietary formulation combines high-purity silver particles with an advanced elastomeric polymer matrix that maintains excellent electrical conductivity during repeated stretching, bending, twisting, and compression.
Unlike conventional conductive inks, S150 is designed for applications requiring continuous electrical performance while subjected to large mechanical strains. The optimized composite minimizes crack formation, preserves conductive pathways during deformation, and delivers excellent adhesion to flexible and elastic substrates. S150 is ideal for wearable health monitoring devices, epidermal electronics, stretchable biosensors, electronic skin, smart textiles, flexible medical devices, and soft robotic systems.
The formulation supports laboratory prototyping as well as industrial roll-to-roll manufacturing.
