Description
Description
BioInkSense™ S140 Fine-Line Silver Conductive Ink
BioInkSense™ S140 is a premium fine-line silver conductive ink engineered for fabrication of high-resolution printed electronic devices requiring exceptional line definition, outstanding electrical conductivity, and excellent dimensional accuracy. The proprietary formulation utilizes precisely controlled micron-scale silver particles and an optimized rheological system to produce narrow conductive traces with excellent edge sharpness while minimizing spreading during printing.
The formulation enables reliable fabrication of miniature conductive structures, dense circuit layouts, biosensor microelectrodes, RFID antennas, flexible electronic devices, wearable sensors, and precision electronic interconnects. S140 combines ultra-high print resolution with excellent substrate adhesion, mechanical durability, and long-term electrical stability for both research laboratories and industrial manufacturing.
The formulation is fully compatible with manual, semi-automatic, fully automated, and roll-to-roll screen printing processes.
