Description
Description
BioInkSense™ S110 High-Conductivity Silver Conductive Ink
BioInkSense™ S110 is a premium screen-printable silver conductive ink formulated with highly conductive silver particles and an advanced polymer binder system to achieve extremely low electrical resistance and excellent printing performance. The optimized formulation provides outstanding conductivity, exceptional substrate adhesion, superior print resolution, and long-term environmental stability for research, prototyping, and industrial manufacturing.
The engineered silver particle distribution creates highly interconnected conductive pathways that minimize electrical resistance while maintaining excellent rheology for precision screen printing. After curing, S110 produces highly conductive printed features with outstanding flexibility and mechanical durability, making it ideal for fabrication of printed circuits, flexible electronics, wearable sensors, RFID antennas, biosensors, membrane switches, and high-performance electronic interconnects.
The formulation is compatible with both laboratory-scale prototyping and fully automated industrial manufacturing.
