BioInkSense™ D120 Flexible Dielectric Ink

BioInkSense™ D120 is a premium flexible dielectric insulating ink specifically engineered for fabrication of highly flexible printed electronic devices subjected to continuous bending, twisting, and mechanical deformation. The advanced elastomer-modified polymer formulation provides exceptional electrical insulation while maintaining excellent flexibility, strong substrate adhesion, outstanding crack resistance, and long-term environmental stability.

The proprietary flexible dielectric system forms durable insulating layers that maintain electrical isolation even after thousands of bending cycles. D120 is ideally suited for wearable biosensors, skin-mounted diagnostic devices, flexible printed circuits, smart textiles, medical patches, flexible displays, RFID devices, and soft electronic systems where conventional dielectric materials may fail due to mechanical fatigue.

The formulation is fully compatible with laboratory prototyping, automated screen printing, and industrial roll-to-roll manufacturing.
