Description
Description
BioInkSense™ S160 High-Current Silver Conductive Ink
BioInkSense™ S160 is an advanced high-current silver conductive ink specifically engineered for printed electronic applications requiring exceptional current-carrying capability, ultra-low electrical resistance, and outstanding thermal stability. The proprietary formulation incorporates highly conductive silver particles with optimized particle packing to maximize conductive pathways while maintaining excellent printability and mechanical durability.
The engineered formulation minimizes resistive losses, reduces Joule heating, and delivers superior long-term reliability under continuous high-current operation. S160 is ideal for fabrication of printed power buses, battery interconnects, current collectors, flexible heaters, power electronics, LED circuits, automotive electronics, industrial sensors, and high-power wearable electronic devices.
The formulation is compatible with laboratory prototyping, automated screen printing, and high-volume roll-to-roll manufacturing.
