Description
Description
BioInkSense™ D100 Screen-Printable Dielectric Ink
BioInkSense™ D100 is a premium screen-printable dielectric insulating ink specifically engineered for fabrication of multilayer printed electronics, electrochemical biosensors, flexible electronic devices, and advanced printed circuit architectures. The formulation provides outstanding electrical insulation, excellent substrate adhesion, superior chemical resistance, and long-term mechanical stability while maintaining exceptional printability and dimensional accuracy.
The optimized polymer system produces uniform insulating layers that effectively isolate conductive tracks, create crossover structures, protect printed electrodes, and improve long-term device reliability. D100 is ideally suited for printed biosensors, wearable electronics, flexible circuits, RFID antennas, diagnostic cartridges, microfluidic devices, and industrial printed electronics.
The formulation is compatible with both laboratory-scale prototyping and high-volume industrial manufacturing.
