BioInkSense™ S120 Flexible Silver Conductive Ink

BioInkSense™ S120 is a premium flexible silver conductive ink engineered for fabrication of wearable electronics, flexible biosensors, stretchable printed circuits, medical devices, and soft electronic systems. The formulation combines highly conductive silver particles with an advanced flexible polymer matrix that maintains outstanding electrical conductivity under repeated bending, twisting, and flexing.

Unlike conventional silver inks, S120 is specifically designed for applications where mechanical durability is as important as electrical performance. The optimized formulation provides excellent elasticity, crack resistance, substrate adhesion, and long-term electrical stability while maintaining exceptional printability and fine-line resolution. S120 is ideally suited for wearable health monitoring devices, flexible biosensors, printed medical electrodes, smart textiles, flexible displays, and next-generation printed electronics.

The formulation is compatible with both laboratory prototyping and industrial roll-to-roll manufacturing.
